Metal and glass fabrication business
Moving fabrication work from paper and email into a shared system
A fabrication business moved work out of paper files and individual inboxes into a shared system with clearer ownership.
The starting point
Customer emails, quotes, and records were distributed across paper files and one person's computer. Work often paused while someone found the right information or passed it along.
What I found
The central problem was not simply the absence of software. Work lacked a shared record, a visible owner, and a dependable handoff from incoming request through follow-up and administration.
What changed
I introduced and configured monday.com, defined the workflows, connected incoming email activity to tracked work, and automated parts of invoicing and record-keeping.
