Zion Ventures

The firm had relationships and direction, but no operating foundation.

Zion Ventures was connecting early-stage Israeli startups with international capital. Before outreach could become consistent, the firm needed the materials and workflows behind the business.

Where the pressure was

The group brought together people from venture capital and technology who could connect founders with family offices, funds, and other investors. It was early, and there was no website, pitch, deck, handbook, interview flow, or repeatable process for turning relationships into an operating business.

Why change was needed

The team needed room to focus on the venture itself. That meant getting the basic infrastructure in place so outreach, meetings, and follow-up did not have to start from scratch every time.

What I proposed and built

I learned how the group planned to work, then built the operating materials around it: website, copy, presentation materials, email workflows, templates, interview process, and internal runbooks. The result was a usable starting system for the team to take into outreach and early conversations.
